Hotel Qalasaya Puno, Puno

The hotel offers a great location in Puno, just a short walk from the docks and the town center, surrounded by restaurants and bars. The rooms are clean with hot showers, but they can feel a bit cramped and not overly practical, especially for longer stays. The dining experience is lovely, especially with the scenic views from the dining area. However, noise can be an issue, especially on weekends, which really detracts from the sleep quality at night.

The hotel has a fantastic location in the center of Puno, making exploration easy with many cafes and shops nearby. The rooms are modern and clean, with wonderful views of the harbor. However, I found the housekeeping to be a bit lacking, as the room wasn't cleaned properly during my stay. Although the breakfast was acceptable, I expected a bit more variety.
